by Joel E. Ruffin Jr. | Sat, May 15th 7:27pm EDT

Killian Hayes totaled two points (1-8 FG, 0-6 3PT, 0-0 FT), three rebounds, seven assists, two blocks, and one steal in 38 minutes in the Pistons' 104-91 loss to the Nuggets on Friday.

Fantasy Impact:

Hayes scored 2.0 points in the Pistons' loss to the Nuggets. Although his scoring performance was less than ideal, he still managed to put together a somewhat decent line salvaged by his contribution to every performance category of the stat-sheet. Hayes played in 25 games this year and averaged 25.6 minutes, 6.6 points, 5.4 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.4 blocks per game while shooting 35.1 percent from the field and 26.9 percent from beyond the arc. This year even though hampered by his major hip injury, he was able to showcase his talent and natural ability to facilitate the game script. He will look to end his rookie season on a high note as the Pistons face the Heat. With all of the value available in Sunday’s slate, there is no need to force him in your lineups especially given his matchup.
