Donovan Mitchell looks to recover after loss to the Clippers

Donovan Mitchell totaled 30 points (11-24 FG, 5-9 3PT, 3-5 FT), five rebounds, four assists, and two steals in the Jazz’s 132-106 loss to the Clippers on Saturday.

Fantasy Impact:

Mitchell will look to “recover” after the Jazz’s loss to the Clippers in Game Three. Even though the team fell, Mitchell’s scoring “tear” was all but impeded as he scored 30.0 points while shooting 45.8 percent from the floor and 55.6 percent from beyond the arc. If it had not been for his right ankle pain, this might have been his best scoring performance of the season. Tonight will more than likely be another high-volume night for Mitchell, barring any injury setbacks, but it could also be an inefficient effort that could lead to his first “human-level” performance. Mitchell is still a fine fantasy play, but it could be challenging for him tonight with the Clippers starting to warm up offensively and the Jazz losing some of the playoff momenta that has helped them up to this point.
