Paul George totaled 31 points (12-24 FG, 6-10 3PT, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, five assists, and one steal in the Clippers’ 132-106 win over the Jazz on Saturday.
George is poised for an encore after the Clippers’ win over the Jazz in Game Three. He finally got back to the form that makes him an elite player and fantasy asset, putting up his best shooting and scoring performance since April 13th when the Clippers went head-to-head with the Pacers. Is he fully back? We will see, but it seems as if he started his upward trend at just the right time, scoring that 27.0 points away in Utah and then following up with his 31.0 point effort at home. From a fantasy perspective, it is hard to argue against his production as he has shown to be reliable at his price point. However, George does leave room for more to be desired, as he has flirted with the somewhat "elusive" ceiling game we all know he can reach and sustain.
