Joe Ingles looks to “call” his shot after loss to the Clippers

by Joel E. Ruffin Jr. | Magic Correspondent | Wed, Jun 16th 1:45pm EDT

Joe Ingles totaled 19 points (7-9 FG, 5-7 3PT), three rebounds, three assists, and one steal in the Jazz’s 118-104 loss to the Clippers on Monday.

Fantasy Impact:

Ingles will look to call his shot after the Jazz's loss to the Clippers in Game Four. He has been an invaluable scoring asset in this series for the Jazz and will look to continue putting his "stamp" on this offense as the team travels home to do battle against a compromised Clippers squad. This streak of his has the chance to end tonight, as he has shown to be a player who thrives over time, and the more he is familiar with a certain game context. The series moving back home to Utah could lead to him being less effective on the floor. However, with that being said, he does have the ability to sustain long streaks of double-digit scoring production as he had streaks of seven and eight, respectively, from April 8th to May 8th. Tonight could be his best game of the series from a non-scoring stats standpoint with Kawhi Leonard out. Ingles does have the ability to stuff the stat sheet any given night, and he may be able to do so in this Game Five contest.
