Trae Young posts double-double in Game 7 win over Sixers

by Chris Ferro | Hawks Correspondent | Mon, Jun 21st 5:35pm EDT

Trae Young scored 21 points (5-23 Fg, 9-11 Ft, 2-11 3Pt) 10 assists, and three rebounds in 43 minutes of action in the Hawks 103-96 win over the Sixers in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on Sunday night in Philadelphia.

Fantasy Impact:

Young struggled from the field in Game 7 but give him credit he was still able to overcome the poor shooting night and provide some big moments down the stretch of the 4th quarter including a nice floating jump shot to give the Hawks an 86-84 lead with 5:11 remaining. Young also had a nice alley-oop pass to Clint Capela which led to a dunk and a 90-87 lead that the Hawks would never relinquish. Next up for the Hawks is a matchup with the Bucks in the Eastern Conference Semifinals starting on Wednesday night.
