Fantasy Impact:

Should Rozier be forced to miss substantial time, rookie James Bouknight seems like the prime candidate to step up and address the scoring needs of the team. Although a small sample size, he has had a fantastic preseason thus far as he is averaging 18.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.0 assists, and 2.0 steals across two games while shooting 50.0 percent from the floor and 28.6 percent from beyond the arc. Bouknight demonstrated his scoring prowess throughout his career at the University of Connecticut and has undoubtedly demonstrated it this preseason when given the opportunity. Given the team's need for scoring depth, he could find himself in an active role early on in the season. Depending on your roster structure, Bouknight could be worth keeping on your radar for future use.
