Spencer Dinwiddie's team high 34 points outpaces Indiana in OT thriller

by Jordan Bush | Wizards Correspondent | Sat, Oct 23rd 9:31am EDT

Wizards PG Spencer Dinwiddie dazzled the Pacers to the tune of 34 points (13-24 FG, 6-9 3PT, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, and nine assists in 35 minutes of action as the Wizards beat the Pacers 135-134 in overtime. The team is now 2-0 for the first time in four years and will look to be 3-0 when they take the court again on Monday in Brooklyn vs. the Nets.

Fantasy Impact:

Although his breakout game came with Bradley Beal on the bench, Dinwiddie needs to be in your starting lineups. The Wizards acquired him for all the reasons on display tonight. He might not fill up the defensive categories but his efficiency and low turnover rate should negate any deficiencies.
