Gordon Hayward totaled 25 points (9-15 FG, 6-7 FT, 1-4 3PT), grabbed four rebounds, three assists, three steals, and two blocks in the Hornets’ 121-118 win over the Pacers on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Hayward “stuffed” the stat sheet in his 31 minutes on Friday. After failing to reach double-digit scoring for the first time in seven games on Wednesday, Hayward got back on track against the Pacers. He also added two blocked shots and three steals, both of which are his most in one game of the season. The only worry about Hayward coming into the season was his health, and after playing in every game this season, he has done well to quiet fantasy managers’ fears.
