Chris Paul totaled 12 points (4-7 FG, 4-4 FT), one rebound, twelve assists, and two steals in the Suns’ 114-103 win over the Pistons on Thursday.
Paul performed well in the Suns’ win over the Pistons, as he double-doubled with 12.0 points and 12.0 assists. Yes, he has performed well but failed to perform up to his elite price point. The best thing would be for his price to fall, but as long as he continues to sporadically put-up slate-breaking performances, that may not happen. Small slates, yes almost automatic, but anything more than that could be a risk when deciding to invest Paul. He will more than likely give you a high-floor performance at twice the amount a lesser talent producing at the same level would, and that, my friends, is discouraging. Be careful and play the matchups to maximize his value best.
