Stephen Curry totaled 27 points (7-28 FG, 5-17 3PT, 8-9 FT), eight rebounds, five assists, three steals in the Warriors’ 112-107 loss to the Spurs on Saturday.

Fantasy Impact:

Curry scored 27.0 points in the Warriors’ loss to the Spurs, returning to his elite scoring ways. However, it was very inefficient. He shot 25.0 percent from the floor and 29.4 percent from beyond the arc. It may not matter so much now, but as the season progresses, his ability to be more efficient with his opportunities may become a considerable factor in his value moving forward. Klay Thompson, the ascension of Jordan Poole, James Wiseman, and several other rising teammates could impact his opportunities as they grow into their roles and contribution. If Curry cannot get back to his efficient play, the potential downturn of usage could cause him to be less effective as a lynchpin in your rosters. It isn't anything to be overly concerned about at this point, but again, it could be something to monitor as you continue to vie for dominance in your fantasy leagues, both yearly and daily.
