Scottie Barnes (knee) will not be in uniform for Toronto on Tuesday when they tangle with the defending Western Conference champion Suns. (Eric Koreen on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Barnes' absence will put the Raptors in a tough hole on Tuesday, already having ruled Gary Trent Jr. out as well. In Barnes' stead will likely be Chris Boucher, who's flashed at times this season. He could be a low-cost, high upside play on Tuesday.
