P.J. Washington blocks two shots in win over Celtics

P.J. Washington totaled two points (1-4 FG, 0-3 3PT), grabbed three rebounds, one assist, one steal, two blocks, and turned the ball over once in the Hornets' 111-102 win over the Celtics on Wednesday.

Washington sustained a hip injury on Wednesday, causing him only to play 19 minutes. Before leaving the game, Washington only connected on one shot and missed three from beyond the arc but did manage to block two shots. He is now averaging 9.5 points, 5.4 rebounds, and one blocked shot per game on the season. The extent of Washington's injury is unknown at this point, so keep an eye on it ahead of their Matchup with the Thunder on Friday.
