Fantasy Impact:
The Blazers will once again toss out a rag-tag group on Monday as the team will be without Josh Hart, Justice Winslow, Damian Lillard, Jusif Nurkic, Nassir Little, and Joe Ingles. The team is in obvious tanking mode as they continue to rule out any good player that gives them a shred of hope to win. There's likely little hope for either Winslow or Hart to return soon.
