Deni Avdija provides all-around performance in win

by Bobby Van Pelt | Wizards Correspondent | Wed, Apr 6th 12:39am EDT

Deni Avdija recorded 17 points (7-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt), eight rebounds, five assists, one steal and two blocks over 36 minutes of play in the Wizards’ 132-114 win against the Timberwolves Tuesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Avdija contributed off the bench to the team’s win in all aspects, posting his highest points output since March 25 and tying for second on the team in rebounds. The 21-year-old has shown signs of promise in his sophomore campaign, as he’s improved in every category following his rookie year. There is potential for him in DFS matches for the remainder of the season, however fantasy managers should look for more improvement next year from him in order to be a reliable fantasy option.
