Thaddeus Young (thumb) doubtful for game two

Thaddeus Young is considered doubtful for game two with a sprained left thumb. Young was spotted at practice in a wrap, but not participating in full. (Tim Bontemps on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is another tough loss for Toronto who got blown it in game one of the series. With Scottie Barnes and Gary Trent Jr. also on the injury report, having the veteran role player also in doubt hurts. The injury does not appear to be overly concerning, but it is likely he will miss some time.
