Joel Embiid could return as soon as Game 3 or 4

Joel Embiid did not travel with the team to Miami for Games 1 and 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals but could return as soon as Game 3 or 4 in Philadelphia according to ESPN Senior NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
There is optimism in Philadelphia that Joel Embiid could return from a orbital fracture and concussion as early as Game 3 on Friday but he has a few hurdles to pass first. Embiid will have to (and is expected to) clear concussion protocols before he meets with a doctor Wednesday about his orbital fracture. If the fracture is stable, Embiid could be cleared to play wearing a protective mask, presumably like the one he did after suffering an orbital fracture in 2018.
