Nikola Jokic voted NBA MVP for second straight year

ESPN Senior NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that Denver Nuggets C Nikola Jokic has been voted NBA MVP for the second straight year. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Nikola Jokic has reportedly won his second straight MVP becoming the 13th player in NBA history accomplish this feat and the first full time center to do so since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in 1976. Jokic finished the regular season averaging 27.1 points, 13.8 rebounds and 7.9 assists. The multi-talented big man also shot 58.3% from the field, 33.7% from beyond the arc and 81% from the charity stripe. The Joker became the first player in NBA history with at least 2,000 points, 1,000 rebounds and 500 assists in a single season.
