Fantasy Impact:

On Tuesday impending free agent and Bulls guard Zach LaVine underwent successful surgery on his knee. According to reports, there is no official timetable for a return to the court but it's unlikely to keep him out to start the 2022 NBA regular season. During the 2021-2022 season, the veteran guard struggled with the same knee injury and can even be traced back to 2017 when he received multiple platelet-rich plasma therapy treatments. With LaVine heading into free agency this offseason, teams will be wary of his knee but he did manage to suit up the final 20 of 23 games but was clearly hampered.
