Joel Embiid undergoes successful surgeries Monday

Sixers C Joel Embiid underwent successful surgeries on Monday to repair injuries in his right thumb and his left finger as reported by ESPN’s Tim Bontemps. (Tim Bontemps on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Embiid had surgeries to repair the sprained right thumb he injured in the playoffs as well as an injury in his left index finger. Neither injury should have any impact on his performance next season and the procedures should lead to improvement as he once again attempts to bring home an MVP and/or NBA Title. Embiid is expected to be ready for training camp.
