On Tuesday, Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report reported the Utah Jazz have continued to weigh their options and have reached out to several teams as well as fielded phone calls on veteran center Rudy Gobert. With rumors of both stars Donovan Mitchell and Gobert continuing to clash in the locker room and on the court, the Jazz has quickly begun to weigh their options and the long-term future of both their star players. After a first-round exit to the Dallas Mavericks in which the Jazz lead 2-0, the team has continued to ponder its future after having virtually no playoff success since the team drafted Mitchell in 2018. Several teams including the Knicks have called about Mitchell's availability while teams such as the Raptors have called about the availability of Gobert. It's unclear when or if the veteran will be traded but if he heads to a new situation, he will likely retain his value as a shot blocking-rebound center.
