James Harden declines $47.3M player option

James Harden has officially declined his $47.3 million player option to become an unrestricted free agent. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It would be a shock if Harden left Philadelphia after everything that went into getting him there. Most speculate that this move is more about creating cap flexibility to put a better roster around the star duo of Joel Embiid and Harden.
