Jeff Dowtin signs two-way contract with Toronto

Guard Jeff Dowtin Jr has signed a two-way contract with Toronto. The Raptors now have both of their two-way contract spots filled with Dowtin and Ron Harper Jr. (Shams Charania via Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Dowtin flashed in the NBA Summer League, going for 16 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists across four games for Toronto, shooting 57% from the field and 36% from downtown. While he’s buried on the depth chart, Toronto lacked any sort of depth last season. That showed in the playoffs series against the Sixers when only 7 players played any meaningful minutes. If he can prove himself to be an impactful player, Dowtin could get a shot at extended minutes sooner rather than later.
