Fantasy Impact:
The Sixers are bringing in Oubre from free agency on a one-year deal worth the veteran minimum. This is a good value for the team, as the 27-year old averaged over 20 points per game for the Hornets last year. He should continue to have fantasy value this year and may take minutes away from Tobias Harris and Danuel House Jr.
