Derrick Rose scores 18 in season opener

Chicago Bulls PG Derrick Rose played the second-most minutes behind only Jimmy Butler with 32 in Tuesday's season-opening win over the Cavs. Rose scored 18 points on 8-of-22 shooting from the floor.
Fantasy Impact:
It wasn't easy for Rose as he missed some easy shots but having him back on the court in a full-time capacity is huge for the Bulls and first-year head coach Fred Hoiberg. He shot 0-of-2 from 3-point land and 2-of-4 from the FT line as he added five assists, a rebound and a steal. It should get better for Rose as he continues to play more.
