Jalen Williams (wrist) limited to light work at practice

by Nicholas Rodriguez | Thunder Correspondent | Fri, Oct 10th 2:41pm EDT

Jalen Williams has been limited to light work during practice and pregame sessions, primarily using his left hand as he continues to recover from right wrist surgery performed in July to repair a torn scapholunate ligament. (OKC Thunder Wire)

Fantasy Impact:

Williams shed the brace from his right wrist in September and continues to recover. Oklahoma City Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault said, “He’s on his return to play. He’s progressing on a normal timeline and taking it a day at a time.” There’s still no official timeline for his return, but more clarity on his availability for the season opener against the Houston Rockets on October 21 should come closer to that date.
