Anthony davis sits out with shoulder injury

At first, the Pelicans center was listed as probable but that ended up not being the case as Davis was forced to miss Wednesday's game against the Thunder.
Fantasy Impact:
Davis had a great game after returning from his hip injury but unfortunately injured his shoulder the game after that. Being a lanky big man that sees tons of court time, Davis is no stranger to injuries, but having already missed three full games and half of two other contests from multiple separate injuries is not exactly what owners had hoped for. The good news seems to be, however, that Davis would have been ready to play Wednesday if he hadn't re-tweaked the injury during Tuesday's game. There is no official word, as of yet, to how long Davis will be out, but it doesn't seem to be an injury that will keep him out for much longer. As always, continue to monitor the situation as the Pelicans head into their Friday matchup against San Antonio.
