Anthony Davis with big double-double in return from injury

After missing most of the Pelicans' game against Denver and all of their last game, against Oklahoma City, due to a left should injury, Davis returned Friday night to help New Orleans win just their second game of the season. Davis put up 20 points (9-of-23 from the field), 18 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one turnover in 39 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
Over the past four games, Davis has returned from injury twice - both times in memorable fashion. The 18 rebounds were a season high, and he looked to be feeling good, except a minor tweak which didn't become an issue. The Pelicans will have Saturday off and then look to start their first winning streak of the season when they host the Suns on Sunday. Davis should be rested and ready to go.
