Coach Alvin Gentry says that shutting down Anthony Davis (knee, shoulder) for remainder of the season is a possibility. (John Reid on Twitter )

Gentry said on Saturday that Davis is now dealing with a shoulder issue along with his sore left knee. The Pelicans will discuss this situation with their team of doctors. Owners need to stand pat for now until more news comes out.
