Dion Waiters signs with Heat

Dion Waiters has reached an agreement on a one-year deal with the Heat. (Jon Krawczynski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This was well below the deal Waiters was seeking entering the offseason, and he'll try to make good in 16-17 before re-entering the free agent market next summer. It will be interesting to see what role he carries with his new team. Until that's established, his value is hard to determine, though it's not likely to be great.
