Dewayne Dedmon comes up big in Sacramento

Dewayne Dedmon was crucial against the Kings in 24 minutes on Thursday, scoring 12 points to go with seven rebounds and four blocks.
Fantasy Impact:
Pau Gasol and LaMarcus Aldridge both quickly proved unable to stop DeMarcus Cousins, at which point Dewayne Dedmon showed his worth. The Spurs have a hole in the interior defense following the retirement of Tim Duncan. Dedmon has shown to be quick and strong, and he did a decent job of slowing down the league's best center. He had two blocks against GSW so he may have found a role as the defensive center for the Spurs. He can be expected to play more against elite bigs, so he can be a sneaky DFS play those games. Right now he should only be picked up in deeper leagues if you need rebounds and blocks, but his role could grow so he is worth keeping an eye on.
