Kevin Durant leads Warriors in scoring with 29 points against the Lakers

Kevin Durant managed 11-for-19 from the field on his way to 29 points and registered a game-high nine assists and six rebounds.

Fantasy Impact:

Durant is on a roll. He has established himself as the number one player on the league's most potent offense. He achieved this despite the fact that two-time MVP Stephen Curry played more minutes (Durant was on the court for 33 minutes, compared to Curry's 36 minutes). Apart from when Durant was blocked from behind early in the first quarter, he was virtually unstoppable. Durant is making his presence felt by all major measures. His nine assists on Friday night against the Lakers represented almost a third of the team's overall assists. He continues to score points from all around the court and can lob the ball into the hoop with the finesse that few other big men in the league possess. As the season continues, Durant's value will continue to increase as he solidifies his place as the focal point of the Warriors' offense.
