Carmelo Anthony scores 33 points in a win over the Kings

Carmelo Anthony on the season is averaging 22.8 points, 2.6 assists, and six rebounds a game. After turning in a season-low eight points in Wednesday's blowout loss to the Cavaliers, Anthony was able to redeem himself Friday, and has now bookended to poor outing with 30-point efforts. The veteran came up big with 23 first-half points, and went on to hit his first 12 free-throw attempts to help the Knicks hold off the Kings. Look for Anthony to keep rolling Sunday against the Lakers, who sport one of the league's worst defenses and have dropped five games in a row.
