Kevin Durant scores 22 points but shoots at below 30 percent

Kevin Durant went 6-for-21 from the field, as the Golden State Warriors beat the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday night. On the court for 37 minutes, he converted all nine of his free-throw attempts, pulled down a team-high eight rebounds and contributed five assists.

Fantasy Impact:

KD looks tired. His performances to carry the team for the first part of the season, are seemingly taking their toll. He is pushing himself too hard, which is forcing him to make mistakes. Part of the pressure is due to the lackluster shooting performances of Stephen Curry but Durant was also guilty of trying to do-it-all at Oklahoma. Luckily Klay Thompson stepped up Sunday to save the Warriors from an unlikely defeat. Hopefully, coach Steve Kerr will give KD some time to rest soon.
