Kevin Durant scores team-high 36 points in double-double performance

On the court for 38 minutes in Sunday's one-point loss on the road in Cleveland, Kevin Durant went 11-for-23, including 2-for-8 from three-point range. He pulled down 15 rebounds and went 12-for-12 from the free-throw line.
Fantasy Impact:
As the Cavaliers made a late charge to win the game, Durant's shooting percentage slipped and he shot 2-for-9 in the fourth quarter. His stats, impressive until that point, took a hit as he attempted to single-handedly win the game in the fourth: he went 1-for-6 from pull-up jumper range, and while facing tight coverage (defenders between 2-4 feet away). Durant's all-or-nothing mentality is what makes him the great player he is. On this occasion it didn't come off but it won't stop him from trying it again in the future. He should be back to his efficient self for the next game against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night.
