Lineups
The Lions were onto something special in the first eight games of 2019. Darrell Bevell's offense had Matthew Stafford putting up career-best numbers and Kenny Golladay was the primary beneficiary as he was on pace for 70 catches for 1,280 yards and 14 touchdowns through the first eight games of the season. After Stafford's injury, Golladay still maintained an elite pace after Stafford's injury as he still finished the season with 56% of his games as a WR1. Stafford should be able to play through the full season this year and Golladay will produce as his elite #1 option. Golladay has top-five upside and a top-15 baseline. The Bears were forced to throw the ball much more than they wanted to last season as their defense and run game faltered. Allen Robinson was the primary beneficiary as he had a career-high 154 targets and finished with 98 catches for 1,147 yards and 7 touchdowns. Robinson is an elite talent who has consistently produced despite poor quarterback play for the entirety of his career. If Nick Foles takes over for Mitchell Trubisky this season, it could represent an upgrade for Robinson. Either way, he's likely to be among the league's target leaders again as the Bears' ancillary pass-catching options are underwhelming.
Draft Engine
Draft Engine
With Darrell Bevell taking over as the Lions' offensive coordinator prior to last season, Detroit's passing attack became more diverse and creative than it had been in previous years under Jim Bob Cooter. Benefiting from a much higher rate of play-action calls, Golladay was on pace for 1,280 yards and 14 scores before Matthew Stafford suffered a season-ending back injury on November 3.The No. 1 option in Chicago's passing game, Robinson has led the Bears in targets in each of his two seasons with the team. While it would be foolish to expect Robinson to come close to duplicating the 1,400 yards and 14 touchdowns he posted in 2015, he did join Brandon Marshall and Marty Booker as the third Bears wideout ever to reach 98 receptions in a season.
Elisha Twerski
numberFire
In his last 16 games with Matthew Stafford at quarterback, Golladay has been targeted 137 times, catching 75 of them for 1,226 yards and 9 scores. He's a rock-solid WR1.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
Kenny Golladay proved he's an elite fantasy receiver, despite spending half of 2019 without Matthew Stafford. His 11 TDs and five 100-yard games were massive for non-PPR last season but he'll need to up his reception totals to make him a reliable fantasy option in reception leagues. It's very possible he takes another step up in 2020 but for me he's likely to remain in a tier below the elite possession receivers like Thomas, Adams, Jones, Hopkins and Godwin while he lacks the explosiveness of Hill. For me he's arguably the best in that next tier though and a viable second-round pick in non-PPR.Allen Robinson turned back the clock in 2019, parlaying his first healthy season in three years into a WR11 finish. The most impressive aspect of his effort was the volume he received, with 18 more receptions than his breakout 1400 year sophomore season. While the emergence of Anthony Miller may threaten that volume, the release of Taylor Gabriel should mean A-Rob is locked into 150-odd targets. Given the possible positive efficiency regression if this offense takes a must needed step forward, Robinson is a real chance for a massive season. He's great value in the early 3rd round but can be taken even later than that.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
We've watched Golladay ascending into the clear-cut No. 1 role in the Lions offense, and even though he did finish as the No. 6 wide receiver in 2019, there's still some meat left on the bone. Matthew Stafford went down in Week 9 last year. Golladay had four games with 23-plus PPR points with Stafford in the lineup, and just one game with more than 18 PPR points without him. If Stafford can stay healthy, Golladay should return WR1 numbers. We saw a 150-plus target season for Robinson in 2019, which was a rarity among wide receivers. Based on where his targets took place, he had the fourth-most expected fantasy points among wide receivers last year. There's little reason to expect that to change, as the Bears lost Taylor Gabriel and replaced him with an older, slower version in Ted Ginn. There were just two games last season where Robinson finished with fewer than seven targets, making him an easy every-week start. In fact, he posted WR2 or better numbers in 62.5 percent of his games, which ranked fifth behind only Michael Thomas, DeAndre Hopkins, Julio Jones, and Davante Adams. The fact that the Bears snagged Nick Foles only helps the Bears receivers, as they have twice the chance at competent quarterback play. Robinson should be considered a high-floor, low-end WR1, as it's unlikely he comes with the ceiling of those with better quarterback play.
Frank Bonincontri
Fantasy Wire HQ
A healthy Matt Stafford is the key for top 5 WR fantasy territory this seasonHe got it done with Trubs last season, but with Nick Foles running an RPO offense, I like Arob even more.
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
Golladay is a dangerous pick at ADP, but his talent is noteworthy. If Stafford stays healthy, he should be a red zone threat and projects for a Courtland Sutton-esque 2020 campaign.Foles is the best QB he's ever had. Robinson should be a steady back end WR1 again in 2020
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
Even with Matthew Stafford missing a large portion of the 2019 season, Golladay still managed to put up over 1,100 yards and 11 TDs. Now, with Stafford slated to return, Golladay could be on track for an even bigger season.Even while catching balls from Mitch Trubisky, Allen Robinson was a legitimate stud in 2019 catching 98 passes for 1,147 yards and seven TDs. Now, he may get an upgrade at QB with Nick Foles in Chicago. Similarly to many players, COVID will impact his ability to work with his new QB but once they get on the same page, we could see a more dangerous Robinson than ever.

No. 5 WR in FAN PTS despite 8 DNPs from QB Stafford - elite vertical threat tied NFL lead with 16 catches of 20+ air yards - also No.1 with 6 TD catches inside 10 yardsWas the lipstick on Bears' piggish offense in 2019 with Top 10 WR finish in FAN PTS - sounds crazy, but Foles arguably best passing QB he's ever been paired with

Golladay won me over in 2019, he finished with 1,190 yards and 11 receiving touchdowns, despite QB Matthew Stafford missing eight games. The 27-year old should be an elite WR1 in 2020, especially if Stafford can stay healthy this year.Robinson was the lone bright spot in the passing game, finishing 2019 with 1149 yards from scrimmage and 7 touchdowns. I think whether Nick Foles or Mitchell Trubisky is the starter, he is a WR2 capped by a dicey QB situation.

Golladay was a top-tier fantasy option all last season even without Matthew Stafford at QB. With Stafford now healthy, Golladay should be in the WR1 conversation for fantasy football all year and has the skillset and potential to single-handedly win you a week. There are very few players that we can claim who could finish as the No. 1 overall fantasy WR this season. Robinson is one of those players with his skillset and the offense that he's in. If Nick Foles is the starting QB, this offense is going to be able to move the ball more effectively than they did last season, which means even more scoring opportunities and targets for the receiving options. Anthony Miller is Robinson's only real threat for targets in this offense and Robinson was incredibly productive last season with Mitchell Trubisky throwing him the ball. Robinson saw 154 targets and 98 receptions in 2019 and there's a possibility we see that number go up this year. Don't miss out on drafting Robinson, especially when you factor in his ADP right now.

Golladay paced for 1,238 yards, 14 scores, and 13 fppg in Matthew Stafford's eight starts.Since being drafted (2014), among WRs w 300+ targets, ARob is: - 17th in PPR pg (14.32) - 12th Targets pg (8.78) - 20th in Rec pg (4.93) - 18th in YPG (65.96) - 13th in Rec TDs (33) with nothing at QB @FF_MarvinE

With Stafford(8 games): 7.75 targets/game - 35/521/7 = 70/1042/14 on 124 targets. He's been very productive on relatively limited targets the past 2 years. A increased roll for Hockenson COULD take away the TD upside. They brought back Amendola, who for some reason, commanded 97 targets last year.Never had fewer than 5 targets in any game. Super consistent despite the QB play.

An insane 1100 yards and 11 TDs considering the creatures hucking the rock. Will be the most obvious candidate to ascend to the Elite WR1s in 2020, and the ideal Round 3 Top WR target after a RB RB start.
