Robinson is coming off a torn ACL, but he should be ready for Week 1 and he will be the focal point of the Chicago Bears passing game. QB Mitchell Trubisky is a good prospect, but he has not proven himself enough to make Robinson a WR1.He averaged only 8.3 fantasy points per game, but he also lost his starting quarterback for the last 3 games of the regular season. The big concern is a shoulder injury that could cause him to miss time early in the season.

Top candidate for come-back player of the year. Between weeks 8-15 last season (7 games) Alshon Jeffery totaled 30 catches on 62 targets for 427 yards and 7 touchdowns. As #Eagles gear up for the season, WR Alshon Jeffery has remained on PUP. Though he's progressing according to plan, sources say the timing of his rotator cuff surgery -- following the Super Bowl win - means there's a chance he may not be ready for the opener. Could stay on PUP. @RapSheet

FantasyPros
It typically takes some time for a wide receiver to learn a new offense, which puts him behind where the rest of the wide receiver group is, but Robinson doesn't have to worry about that, as they are all learning a new offense. In fact, the starting trio of wide receivers and tight end will all be new faces for Mitch Trubisky. You don't bring in someone like Robinson in free agency if you aren't going to feature him. I'm expecting a minimum of 120 targets, which essentially locks him in as a top-25 wide receiver, as there were no wide receivers with more than 109 targets who finished outside the top-25 in standard formats. He's practicing in full and will be playing in the preseason, so it appears he's over the ACL injury that ruined his 2017 season. Did you realize that Jeffery had just a 47.5 percent catch rate in 2017? That ranked 168th of the 211 wide receivers who saw at least one target in 2018. To know that he finished as the WR15 despite that is pretty amazing. The chemistry between him and Carson Wentz should grow as time goes on, though his touchdown rate will likely go down with Wentz's. Still, Jeffery is the clear-cut No. 1 receiver in an offense with a creative play-caller and franchise quarterback. His injury-riddled past is factored in, as he'd be higher on my list if he hadn't missed 11 games in the past three years with a lot of soft tissue injuries. News has been leaked recently that has him potentially remaining on the PUP list to start the season. If that's the case, he'll become nothing more than a late-round bench stash. As of now, it appears that he's likely to at least miss a few games.

Robinson was signed by the Bears and will be in a much different offense than the Bears were using under John Fox. Fox is out and Matt Nagy is in, which is good for Robinson's chances of being a top fantasy receiver again. They still have work to do with second-year quarterback Mitch Trubisky, and who knows if and when this team can flash offensive upside, but there is real optimism that it will happen.Jeffery is in a strong offense and will be able to start 2018 as a veteran of that offense rather than a rookie like last season. He scored seven touchdowns in his last seven games. UPDATE: Jeffery has yet to practice and there is a possibility he might not be ready for Week 1 and could even land on the PUP list, knocking him out of the first six games. The odds are against that, but keep an eye on his status. *
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
In 2015, Robinson was sensational with 1,400 yards and 14 touchdowns. That may lead you to believe he is going to be a monster in 2018, but try to remember that he was the WR29 the year before his 2017 injury. There are question marks about how he will recover from his injury, but the current word is that he is good to go and will be 100%.Alshon could start on the PUP list to begin the season so make sure to pay close attention before your draft. He impressed last season, and especially in the playoffs, but let's not forget that he had fewer than 800 receiving yards and has proven to be injury prone in the past. There is upside for sure, but perhaps not quite at the price he is going for.

QB List
It seems like it's been decades since Allen Robinson burst onto the fantasy football scene, catching poorly thrown bombs from professional quarterback impersonator Blake Bortles. Unfortunately, due to losing all of last season to a torn ACL, and his 2016 being played almost entirely during garbage time, little can be inferred from Robinson's actual in-game performance. As such, his rank depends almost entirely upon his perceived skill (which I think is pretty damn good), and the seemingly massive role he's being paid $14 million annually to fill in Chicago. Aside from rookie Anthony Miller, speedster Taylor Gabriel, and newly imported tight end Trey Burton, Robinson has little to no challenge for the big dog share of targets from sophomore QB Mitchell Trubisky; that alone hints at top 20 upside. As a die-hard Eagles fan, I will sing to the heavens of the exploits of Alshon Jeffery last season. In a year of growth for both he, his quarterback, and his team as a whole, Jeffery only managed 57 receptions, 789 yards, though with a whopping nine touchdowns. These statistics however, belie the upside of a top 10 WR for two distinct reasons: 1) Jeffery was relied upon more toward the end of the season as his rapport with Carson Wentz, and later Nick Foles, strengthened, and most importantly 2) Jeffery played the whole season with a torn rotator cuff. Man that's tough. Look for a solid game-to-game floor with huge games mixed in for the #1 receiver in a dynamic Eagles offense.
Andrew Gould
FantasyPros
Back from a torn ACL suffered one catch into 2017, Robinson is again out to prove he's no one-year wonder. On one hand, it's crazy to pay a pick No. 40 ADP for someone coming off a major injury after an underwhelming 2016. But he'll only turn 25 this preseason, and he finally gets to test his chops with a QB besides Blake Bortles. Matt Nagy helped orchestrate a fantasy renaissance for Alshon Jeffery, so the 6'3" Robinson should especially be targeted judiciously in the red zone. The price is steep, but the appeal is understandable.A fruitful change of scenery made Jeffery's year. Despite a woeful 48 catch % and 3.6 receptions per game, his nine TDs (eight inside the red zone) cemented a WR15 finish. He remains the top wideout on a potent Philadelphia offense, but his year-by-year TD tallies (3-7-10-4-2-9) are living proof of the key stat's volatility.

Health is key here and you don't know how big of a leap Trubisky will make but the upside is obviousThe Eagles spread things out offensively but Jeffery proved last year he can still dominate in stretches

FantasyPros
Clearly the No. 1 option on a poetinally explosive Chicago offense.

If Robinson can regain his previous form and Trubisky is as good as the Bears think he is he could be back in the top five conversation by years endSeems like a shoe-in for a top 25 performance after him and Wentz showed improved chemistry as the season progressed
