Baldwin averaged 9.1 fantasy points per game and if the Seahawks can improve their offensive line play, his production could go higher in 2018. The only concern is a knee issue that Baldwin claims will never be 100% this season. That is a big red flag for a soon to be 30-year old player, but he will see too many targets to be less than a WR2 this year. He averaged only 8.3 fantasy points per game, but he also lost his starting quarterback for the last 3 games of the regular season. The big concern is a shoulder injury that could cause him to miss time early in the season.
Andrew Gould
FantasyPros
Antonio Brown and Julio Jones are the only other wideouts besides Baldwin who have ended the past three years among the position's top 12. He has gone from value to risk because of a preseason knee injury, but he once again looks like a fine third- or fourth-round selection with an encouraging Week 1 prognosis.A fruitful change of scenery made Jeffery's year. Despite a woeful 48 catch % and 3.6 receptions per game, his nine TDs (eight inside the red zone) cemented a WR15 finish. He remains the top wideout on a potent Philadelphia offense, but his year-by-year TD tallies (3-7-10-4-2-9) are living proof of the key stat's volatility. Confirmed to miss at least the first two games, Jeffery's stock should resemble Homer Simpson's attempt to jump the Springfield Gorge.
Brandon Funston
The Athletic
Says his knee will only be at 80-85% this season - that's a bit of a concern, but expect the WR technician to power through it, and handle one of the healthiest target shares in the league
Jody Smith
FantasyPros
Could move up a tad when we hear definitive word on his availability for Week 1
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Russell Wilson has been tremendous each and every year since he took over, and once again, Baldwin is far and away his top target. He should catch 70+ passes for the fourth consecutive season and continue his high TD-rate (29 TDs in 3 seasons). He isn't reliable game to game, however, and is dealing with a knee injury otherwise he would be up in the second tier of fantasy receivers.Alshon could start on the PUP list to begin the season so make sure to pay close attention before your draft. He impressed last season, and especially in the playoffs, but let's not forget that he had fewer than 800 receiving yards and has proven to be injury prone in the past. There is upside for sure, but perhaps not quite at the price he is going for.

Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
While everyone seems to be foaming at the mouth to draft Rashaad Penny, it's Baldwin who is the most valuable asset on the Seahawks roster. It's rare to find a wide receiver who is as underappreciated as Baldwin, who has now finished as a top-13 wide receiver in each of the last three seasons. Not only has he averaged 1,062.7 yards in that span, but he's scored 29 touchdowns, and that was with Jimmy Graham on the roster. I shouldn't have to remind you that Graham is gone, and the Seahawks didn't add a wide receiver of significance to replace Paul Richardson. Baldwin is a low-end WR1 with upside. You should know that Baldwin suffered some sort of knee injury at the start of training camp and is expected to miss the preseason games. While he doesn't necessarily need the work as a veteran, it's added risk to his fantasy appeal. Did you realize that Jeffery had just a 47.5 percent catch rate in 2017? That ranked 168th of the 211 wide receivers who saw at least one target in 2018. To know that he finished as the WR15 despite that is pretty amazing. The chemistry between him and Carson Wentz should grow as time goes on, though his touchdown rate will likely go down with Wentz's. Still, Jeffery is the clear-cut No. 1 receiver in an offense with a creative play-caller and franchise quarterback. His injury-riddled past is factored in, as he'd be higher on my list if he hadn't missed 11 games in the past three years with a lot of soft tissue injuries. News has been leaked recently that has him potentially remaining on the PUP list to start the season. If that's the case, he'll become nothing more than a late-round bench stash. As of now, it appears that he's likely to at least miss a few games.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Over the last three seasons, Doug Baldwin is one of four players to post over 3,000 receiving yards and 25 touchdowns. Between weeks 8-15 last season (7 games) Alshon Jeffery totaled 30 catches on 62 targets for 427 yards and 7 touchdowns. As #Eagles gear up for the season, WR Alshon Jeffery has remained on PUP. Though he's progressing according to plan, sources say the timing of his rotator cuff surgery -- following the Super Bowl win - means there's a chance he may not be ready for the opener. Could stay on PUP. @RapSheet

QB List
"The Guy" in the Seattle receiving corps has been putting up big numbers for 3 seasons now and is poised to do so once again in 2018. The departure of Paul Richardson, and major additions to the Seattle offensive line give Baldwin a great shot at blowing away his relative down 2017 and regaining his spot among the top 10 receivers in fantasy. At the very least, Baldwin remains a key red zone target for Russell Wilson and a pass-happy Seattle offense now without overrated tight end Jimmy Graham. As a die-hard Eagles fan, I will sing to the heavens of the exploits of Alshon Jeffery last season. In a year of growth for both he, his quarterback, and his team as a whole, Jeffery only managed 57 receptions, 789 yards, though with a whopping nine touchdowns. These statistics however, belie the upside of a top 10 WR for two distinct reasons: 1) Jeffery was relied upon more toward the end of the season as his rapport with Carson Wentz, and later Nick Foles, strengthened, and most importantly 2) Jeffery played the whole season with a torn rotator cuff. Man that's tough. Look for a solid game-to-game floor with huge games mixed in for the #1 receiver in a dynamic Eagles offense.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
He's basically all Russell Wilson has so you have to consider his upside this year. That being said, he's already hurt so rust/injury have to be a concernThe Eagles spread things out offensively but Jeffery proved last year he can still dominate in stretches

Win My Fantasy League
Remains a reliable fantasy option despite talent limitations; one of the elite workers in the NFLSeems like a shoe-in for a top 25 performance after him and Wentz showed improved chemistry as the season progressed
