Hail to Fantasy Football
Bumped him up nearly 10 spots in my overall rankings. I can't imagine not taking him in the second round.
Kyle Yates
The Fantasy Footballers
Antonio Brown now shifts from the Steelers to the Oakland Raiders and now has to begin life without Big Ben throwing him the ball. While Brown will still be a target monster in Oakland, it's easy to expect some drop-off in production due to the difference from Big Ben to Derek Carr throwing him the ball. Brown will still have every opportunity to succeed, but it's important to remember that the days of 1,500+ receiving yards for Antonio is most likely over.
Brandon Funston
The Athletic
Move to OAK not an upgrade in terms of QB, offensive environment, but good reason to believe that, given Raiders offensive construct, Brown could very well lead NFL in targets (200+, maybe?)

Fantasy Football Advice
I won't be drafting AB this season. It's nothing to do with his age or his talent, there are just too many unknowns for me to spend an early second round pick on him. He's changing team, which is never something you want for a WR, and he's going to a lower volume offense with a worse QB. Brown can complain all he wants about Big Ben and Pittsburgh, but Big Ben is a great QB, fed him the ball, and they were an elite offense. Only one of those are going to be true in Oakland. Carr is far from an elite QB and they are not going to be an elite offense. The only positive is that they are likely to feed him. Unfortunately for Brown, these targets will be less numerous, and come with less upside than they did in Pittsburgh. There are so many other elite players going in his range that I just can't justify spending such a high value pick on him.Since becoming a full-time starter in 2013, Edelman has averaged 2.5 more targets, 1.25 more receptions and 15 more yards per game without gronk in the lineup. His stats sans Gronk, regressed over a full season, comes out to 181 targets / 116.8 receptions / 1,289 yards / 4.8 TD's. That stat line would have finished 10th last season. Edelman has the 13th highest projection according to my model and his projection is extremely reasonable. The biggest risk with Edelman is with his health. He's really struggled to stay healthy over his career and he's got one of the highest projections for games missed due to injury this season. Fortunately, that's the only risk he carries. He's going to produce every game he plays, and he very rarely has down games. Since 2015 he has just three total games with less than 6 targets. In those games, his stat lines were, 4/84/1, 4/53/0, 4/120/1. Edelman is coming off the board as the WR 15 in the 4th round. The only way he doesn't finish as a value is if he gets hurt, and even then, he'll still get there on a per game level, So if he's hurt for 4 weeks, then just slide in one of the million under valued receivers going late in drafts. You won't be taking a 0 for the games he misses.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
He's now going away from Ben Roethlisberger, so let's see if he remains an elite fantasy wide receiver like he's claimed. We've witnessed both Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree remain consistent with Derek Carr under center and it's not as if there's been a new offense installed from last year where we can expect a drastic change. Because of that, Brown is likely going to be a tad inconsistent. Still, he's one of the rare cases where you can essentially lock him in for 150 targets, making him a safe second-round pick. There are not nearly as many familiar faces for Tom Brady to look at nowadays, but Edelman remains as his favorite target. With Rob Gronkowski ailing last year, Edelman stepped up and finished as a WR2 or better in 75 percent of his games, a new career-high. With Gronkowski and Chris Hogan gone, Edelman's role isn't going to shrink in 2019. He's a sturdy WR2 presence.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Brown will not have as good of QB play in Oakland as he did in Pittsburgh, but heEdelman had 74 receptions for 850 yards and 6 touchdowns in 12 games last year. He sees a ton of short passes and he should maintain WR3 value this year.
