The Fantasy Footballers
Michael Thomas has proven that he has some of the best (if not THE best) hands in the NFL. He's a focal point of the Sean Payton offense and the Saints did little to change that perception this offseason. My only concern is whether or not we've begun to see the beginning of the end of Drew Brees, but whether that's the case or not, Thomas will still be an elite PPR option.Antonio Brown now shifts from the Steelers to the Oakland Raiders and now has to begin life without Big Ben throwing him the ball. While Brown will still be a target monster in Oakland, it's easy to expect some drop-off in production due to the difference from Big Ben to Derek Carr throwing him the ball. Brown will still have every opportunity to succeed, but it's important to remember that the days of 1,500+ receiving yards for Antonio is most likely over.

The Athletic
Move to OAK not an upgrade in terms of QB, offensive environment, but good reason to believe that, given Raiders offensive construct, Brown could very well lead NFL in targets (200+, maybe?)

Fantasy Football Advice
I preach safety in the first 4 rounds...and it doesn get any safer than Michael Thomas He has the more receptions over his first 3 seasons than any player in the history of the NFL. And he's first by 33 receptions! He also has the third most fantasy points ever over that stretch of time, behind just Randy Moss and Odell. Over his first three seasons he's averaged 107/1,262/7.67 TD's, including 125.1405/9 last season, which was the 4th highest approximate value of any WR ever Thomas has also been a model of health, missing just one game in his career. This sort of floor/upside combination shouldn't be available in the early second round. Thomas has finished as the WR 7/6/6 over the last three years, but I think this is the year that he finishes in the top 3. And honestly, he could easily end up as the WR 1I won't be drafting AB this season. It's nothing to do with his age or his talent, there are just too many unknowns for me to spend an early second round pick on him. He's changing team, which is never something you want for a WR, and he's going to a lower volume offense with a worse QB. Brown can complain all he wants about Big Ben and Pittsburgh, but Big Ben is a great QB, fed him the ball, and they were an elite offense. Only one of those are going to be true in Oakland. Carr is far from an elite QB and they are not going to be an elite offense. The only positive is that they are likely to feed him. Unfortunately for Brown, these targets will be less numerous, and come with less upside than they did in Pittsburgh. There are so many other elite players going in his range that I just can't justify spending such a high value pick on him.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Three straight top-10 seasons to start your career? Not bad. The Saints are throwing the ball less and less, which is why Thomas hasn't contended for the No. 1 spot in the wide receiver rankings, but he's steady and consistent, making him well worth a late first-round selection. He's now going away from Ben Roethlisberger, so let's see if he remains an elite fantasy wide receiver like he's claimed. We've witnessed both Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree remain consistent with Derek Carr under center and it's not as if there's been a new offense installed from last year where we can expect a drastic change. Because of that, Brown is likely going to be a tad inconsistent. Still, he's one of the rare cases where you can essentially lock him in for 150 targets, making him a safe second-round pick.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Thomas had 125 receptions for 1,405 yards and 9 touchdowns last season and he should be heavily targeted again in 2019.Brown will not have as good of QB play in Oakland as he did in Pittsburgh, but he
