FantasyPros
Everyone has seemingly forgotten that Maclin was a borderline elite red zone threat until he ended up with Alex Smith. Now that Maclin is healthy and featured in an offense that led the league in pass attempts the past two seasons, the ceiling is huge if he can just stay on the field. The Bears should end up passing a fair amount and Glennon is better than he is getting credit for, but Meredith is clearly the second most talented wideout for the Bears and while he is generally regarded as the WR1, that will change in short time.
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
Played through a torn groin last season, claims to be 100 percent now; set to play slot for BAL, should be productive, especially with Dennis Pitta release. By far the top guy in Chicago, though offense is not much to get excited about.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Maclin was a big old dud last season, but much was due to injuries and a conservative passing attack. Now with the Ravens, he should see a more lucrative number of targets. As long as he's healthy, we should see him move back closer to his normal numbers.Meredith will take over as the main receiver in Chicago, which at the very least means he should be in line for a big contingency of targets.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Maclin was awful last year, but that wasn't entirely his fault. It was mostly due to injuries and the fact that the Chiefs apparently hate throwing the ball more than 15 yards at a time. Now he's with Baltimore and he should be slotting right into the role Steve Smith formerly occupied, which means there should be loads of targets coming his way. He should be better than last year, and could even do better than his current ranking, as we've seen the potential he has in the right situation. The real concern with Maclin will be health, and also who's throwing him the ball. As of now, Joe Flacco is hurt, and while the Ravens say it's nothing serious and that he should be fine, they also said that about Breshad Perriman in 2015, and he ended up missing the whole season. There's rumors the Ravens could sign Colin Kaepernick, and if they do and he's starting, I'm not concerned, but if the Ravens are rolling Ryan Mallett out there for a significant amount of time, I think Maclin's value will take a hit.If there's one thing you can say about Cameron Meredith, it's this: he's a number one option in an NFL passing offense. Unfortunately, that passing offense is the Chicago Bears, but he should be their top option and should be in for a decent amount of targets. Unfortunately he'll be competing with Victor Cruz, Kendall Wright, and Marcus Wheaton, but there's plenty of upside with Meredith.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Cut by KC on 6/2, What i wrote in March = Seems to me that he's being phased out of the game plan with Kelce and Hill emerging. He could have a bounce-back year if he stays healthy and benefits from lighter coverage."Smooth is probably the best word to describe him." - I think Glennon has a little crush on Cameron Meredith. As a UDFA from a small school Meredith wasn't on anyone's radar at this time last year. He wasn't even active for the first two weeks of the season. Meredith finished last year with 66 receptions for 888 yards, in the 12 games he started he finished in the top-12 receivers 5 times (PPR scoring). His burst, agility, and catch radius scores are absolutely through the roof compared to others. His current ADP is in the ninth round so strike while the price is low. Meredith is one of our possible "league winners" this year so stay tuned for more .

Maclin should step right in and take over as the top target for Joe Flacco in Baltimore. Auction Value $12 Meredith will be the top receiver in the Bears' offense. An 80-plus reception season is very possible. Auction Value $ 14
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
In what was probably the best move for his fantasy value, Maclin was released by the Chiefs only to be picked up by the Ravens just a few days later. It's rare for the Chiefs to total more than 500 pass attempts, while the Ravens led the NFL with 678 pass attempts last year. They also lost Steve Smith, whose role now belongs to Maclin. Over his time with the Ravens, Smith totaled 8.32 targets per game. If Maclin takes over that role and sees 130 targets, he's a steal at his current ADP. Despite catching passes from the same quarterbacks and seeing essentially the same number of targets, Meredith finished with 67 more yards and two more touchdowns than Alshon Jeffery last year. He suffered a broken thumb during OTA's which could derail his ascension up the depth chart, as he's out until training camp. There is plenty of risk considering the Bears signing Victor Cruz, Kendall Wright, and Marcus Wheaton, but we also know that there's plenty of upside.
