FantasyPros
Brown is Mike Tagliere's dude this season, but every other accurate expert we've heard from loves Brown as an under-drafted breakout candidate now that he is healthy again. The Bears should end up passing a fair amount and Glennon is better than he is getting credit for, but Meredith is clearly the second most talented wideout for the Bears and while he is generally regarded as the WR1, that will change in short time.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
There are a lot of people sleeping on the No. 21 wide receiver from just two years ago, and that was with a younger Larry Fitzgerald and redzone threat Michael Floyd. All-in-all, he played less than 40 snaps per game in 2016 due to his sickle cell trait, but it was something that they reportedly had under control. That was until he suffered a quad injury in camp and it's taken longer to heal that initially thought. If he can stay on the field, he is a steal in fantasy drafts. Despite catching passes from the same quarterbacks and seeing essentially the same number of targets, Meredith finished with 67 more yards and two more touchdowns than Alshon Jeffery last year. He suffered a broken thumb during OTA's which could derail his ascension up the depth chart, as he's out until training camp. There is plenty of risk considering the Bears signing Victor Cruz, Kendall Wright, and Marcus Wheaton, but we also know that there's plenty of upside.
Sablich Brothers
5th Down Fantasy
Had a chance to supplant Fitzgerald as top guy in Arizona, but still bogged down by health concerns. By far the top guy in Chicago, though offense is not much to get excited about.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Brown appears to be much healthier coming into this season and should be able to win a good amount of targets if he can stay on the field. He's a good bounce-back target.Meredith will take over as the main receiver in Chicago, which at the very least means he should be in line for a big contingency of targets.

QB List
He's had injury problems, that's no secret, but Brown is an excellent athlete and reports are that he's looking pretty solid in camp. He was the No. 21 receiver in fantasy just two years ago, and that was with significantly more competition than he's got now. Larry Fitzgerald is still the number one passing option, but late in the draft, you could do worse than a flier on Brown bouncing back.If there's one thing you can say about Cameron Meredith, it's this: he's a number one option in an NFL passing offense. Unfortunately, that passing offense is the Chicago Bears, but he should be their top option and should be in for a decent amount of targets. Unfortunately he'll be competing with Victor Cruz, Kendall Wright, and Marcus Wheaton, but there's plenty of upside with Meredith.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
It appears that a quad strain will keep Brown out of practice for a few days, possibly a week. Brown has battled soft-tissue injuries since entering the NFL, but it hasn't cost him game time until the flare-up of his sickle cell trait last year. Brown's ADP has been steadily climbing over the past month as many have been identifying him as an undervalued sleeper. We might want to hold back the reigns on drafting Brown. Quad injuries have a knack for lingering and with sickle cell trait the recovery time will be extended."Smooth is probably the best word to describe him." - I think Glennon has a little crush on Cameron Meredith. As a UDFA from a small school Meredith wasn't on anyone's radar at this time last year. He wasn't even active for the first two weeks of the season. Meredith finished last year with 66 receptions for 888 yards, in the 12 games he started he finished in the top-12 receivers 5 times (PPR scoring). His burst, agility, and catch radius scores are absolutely through the roof compared to others. His current ADP is in the ninth round so strike while the price is low. Meredith is one of our possible "league winners" this year so stay tuned for more .

Injuries and Carson Palmer make Brown a tough player to roster. Auction Value $7Meredith will be the top receiver in the Bears' offense. An 80-plus reception season is very possible. Auction Value $ 14
