FantasyPros
Recovering from an ACL and partial MCL tear that cost him all of 2017, Meredith hopes to be ready to open the season. Now that he left the Bears to join Drew Brees in the Big Easy, drafters can't forget about someone who averaged 63.4 YPG in 2016. He's pegged to supplant Ted Ginn Jr. as the second WR on an elite offense, so early drafters should bet on a healthy return if he falls to the late rounds.Sanu quietly churned out a WR34 season by corralling 67 of 97 targets for 703 yards and five TDs. Such boring steadiness, however, gets ignored without any upward mobility. He also may lose some opportunities to rookie Calvin Ridley, making the seventh-year pro a better real life than fantasy performer.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Although Meredith is far from a sure thing, the word is that he is recovering well from surgery and should be the number two wide receiver in Drew Brees' offense. Now that he is on the Saints big things could be in store if he gets a chance at the starting wide receiver two job.Sanu has been useful the past few seasons, and if Julio Jones were to go down, we've seen him morph into a serious fantasy football weapon, but as it stands now, he is the third fiddle behind Jones and Ridley. Sanu should only be used as a depth piece to begin the season.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It was a knee injury that looked like it could be a career-ender, but Meredith latched on with the Saints this offseason and will now be catching passes from Drew Brees. Shortly after snagging him, the Saints cut ties with Willie Snead, opening up the slot role that Meredith played so well while with the Bears. Meredith's sample size is relatively small, but when you rack up 888 yards and four touchdowns from Brian Hoyer and Matt Barkley, there's plenty of optimism. The issue is that Michael Thomas, Alvin Kamara, Ted Ginn, and maybe even Ben Watson are ahead of him in the pecking order. He's likely to have some big weeks, but I wouldn't expect a weekly contributor. While I've got Calvin Ridley higher in my rankings, Sanu is the safer draft pick. He's a proven veteran who knows the offense, and posted WR3 numbers in 67 percent of his games last year, which ranked 13th among wide receivers. He doesn't have much upside, but if you're looking for a safe, high-floor type producer, Sanu is your guy. The best part is that he almost always goes undrafted in standard leagues, so you can take him with one of your final picks.

QB List
"I bet you forgot about me huh?", Meredith remarks snidely with arms crossed and head tilted. Signing with the Saints in the offseason following a season ending ACL tear, Meredith figures to be the primary slot receiver for a perennially potent Saints offense. Assuming he recovers fully, which all by all accounts he should, and rookie Tre'Quan Smith doesn't suddenly shift from a downfield receiver to a slot receiver, Meredith should be in store for steady receptions and yards, possibly as a solid WR3. I like his upside at WR53.The Falcons incredibly talented #2 receiver was a truly stable WR3 last year, posting 700+ yards on 67 receptions, and even reeling in 5 TD's. However, with the introduction of Alabama product Calvin Ridley into the mix, and the return of a healthy Devontae Freeman, we can expect a drop in the 96 targets he saw in 2017. Just how much of a drop remains to be seen, but I won't be investing in Sanu, talented as he is, unless he comes cheap.
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Meredith looks like he'll be ready to go for training camp, and as long as that pans out, I think he could push for targets, which with Drew Brees is a good thing.Sanu will probably have another okay season and outplay his fantasy draft ADP, but his upside is not worth the roster space if you can get a better prospect instead.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
"Expect Meredith in old "Colston Role" at slot WR between Michael Thomas & Ted Ginn." @EvanSilva He appears to be healthy,he has avoided the PUP list and is in camp the first day. Baring set-backs he could be the sleeper of the draft right now (7/26).
Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Meredith should easily pass Ginn in targets if he proves to be healthySanu has talent, unfortunately Ridley has more and should pass him on the depth chart in short order
