HC Reid has stated he wants Hill to be targeted more; will be Smith's top WR target with Maclin gone; 12 total touchdowns on just 107 touches, added value as a rusher. By far the top guy in Chicago, though offense is not much to get excited about.
Brandon Funston
Fantasy Analyst
His talent is worth the price of admission, an electric jitterbug capable of taking it to the house any time the ball is in his hands - and he did that repeatedly in '16 - KC is going all-in on his talent in '17, jettisoning J. Maclin and making Hill the go-to WR - he won't sneak up on defenses this year, and he'll be limited by the limited talents of QB A. Smith, but he'll be on the field a hell of a lot more this season, and that makes the idea of owning him a lot of fun to think about
Chet Gresham
WalterFootball
Hill should see a boost in work with Jeremy Maclin gone. He'll need to be moved around the field and worked to get open at times, but with his freak ability and extra touches, he will be hard pressed not to be a good fantasy player.Meredith will take over as the main receiver in Chicago, which at the very least means he should be in line for a big contingency of targets.
Staff Rankings
QB List
Now that Jeremy Maclin is gone from Kansas City, Hill will be the focal point of the passing offense, and that should result in some fantasy goodness, because Hill is a freak athlete who has some of the best big play ability in the NFL. He can make big plays as a receiver and as a runner, and should get plenty of looks. Hill just has to get the ball into the open field, once he does, look out.If there's one thing you can say about Cameron Meredith, it's this: he's a number one option in an NFL passing offense. Unfortunately, that passing offense is the Chicago Bears, but he should be their top option and should be in for a decent amount of targets. Unfortunately he'll be competing with Victor Cruz, Kendall Wright, and Marcus Wheaton, but there's plenty of upside with Meredith.
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Yes, Tyreek has unbelievable big play potential, but he is no longer returning kickoffs and doesn't seem built for a true WR1 role in an offense so it will take another season filled with huge plays to make him a top 20 WR.The Bears should end up passing a fair amount and Glennon is better than he is getting credit for, but Meredith is clearly the second most talented wideout for the Bears and while he is generally regarded as the WR1, that will change in short time.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Can he be a stud WR1? I'm not sure, but his role should be massive so we probably need to consider the upside here
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Andy Reid says he'll be getting twice as many snaps as last year so I might be way undervaluing him. Now that Maclin is cut I see where he's going to get the extra targets."Smooth is probably the best word to describe him." - I think Glennon has a little crush on Cameron Meredith. As a UDFA from a small school Meredith wasn't on anyone's radar at this time last year. He wasn't even active for the first two weeks of the season. Meredith finished last year with 66 receptions for 888 yards, in the 12 games he started he finished in the top-12 receivers 5 times (PPR scoring). His burst, agility, and catch radius scores are absolutely through the roof compared to others. His current ADP is in the ninth round so strike while the price is low. Meredith is one of our possible "league winners" this year so stay tuned for more .

Hill's production is hard to predict but his 12 total touchdowns are hard to ignore. Roster construction is key when drafting Hill. Auction Value $14Meredith will be the top receiver in the Bears' offense. An 80-plus reception season is very possible. Auction Value $ 14
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
I can understand moving Hill up your list if you draft on upside alone, though I'm expecting massive regression with Hill. Not only did he score three special teams touchdowns, but he also scored nine rushing/receiving touchdowns on just 85 offensive touches (one every 9.4 touches). No receiver with more than 45 receptions scored a touchdown more than one every 10.1 targets in 2016, and that was Davante Adams who catches passes from Aaron Rodgers. Outside of Packers receivers, the next highest was Anquan Boldin at one every 11.9 targets. Hill is still catching passes from Alex Smith the last I checked, so I'm not betting on his crazy touchdown per touch ratio happening again.Despite catching passes from the same quarterbacks and seeing essentially the same number of targets, Meredith finished with 67 more yards and two more touchdowns than Alshon Jeffery last year. He suffered a broken thumb during OTA's which could derail his ascension up the depth chart, as he's out until training camp. There is plenty of risk considering the Bears signing Victor Cruz, Kendall Wright, and Marcus Wheaton, but we also know that there's plenty of upside.
Derek Lofland
Fantasy Football Maniax
Hill has a ton of big-play ability and he is probably the fastest player in the NFL. I would expect him to build on a rookie campaign that saw him finish with 860 yards from scrimmage and 9 rushing / receiving touchdowns. He will be the featured receiver with the Chiefs deciding to move on from WR Jeremy Maclin.
