FantasyPros
Lamb came out on fire last year and immediately returned value for fantasy managers that added him in the mid-to-late rounds. While the price tag is certainly going to be a bit higher this time around, he still has the chance of returning value. With Cooper above him on the depth chart, it's unlikely that we ever see Lamb ascend into the top-10, but that doesn't mean that he can't push for top-15. When Dak was healthy last year, both Lamb and Cooper were top-15 fantasy wideouts. I wouldn't be shocked if we see that repeat again in 2021.Fournette came alive in the NFL Playoffs last year and was a key component to Tampa winning the Super Bowl. Unfortunately, this doesn't provide us with much more clarity on this backfield heading into 2021. Jones is still a part of this rotation - and he actually outproduced Fournette in the regular season last year - while Gio Bernard has also been brought in to be a reliable pass-catching option. Fournette could continue his success from the postseason and truly take over this starting job, which would instantly put him in the top-15 conversation. However, there's as equally strong of a possibility that Jones cleans up his fumbling problems and takes over. Adding Fournette to your roster certainly has its appeal, but his price needs to be appropriate. As a RB3 on your roster, you can absorb the potential fallout if Fournette doesn't pan out. Anything more than that though is playing with fire.
John Hesterman
Dynasty League Football
Early reports out of camp are claiming that Lamb will be move out of his predominant slot role and be used "all over the field." Having an actual off-season to practice and build rapport with Dak Prescott, and the (hopefully) short term absence of Amari Cooper makes Lamb appear to be headed for a bigger role and a breakout kind of season.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
He finished as the WR24 last year, his rookie season, while dealing with some poor quarterback play. While five games is a small sample size, Lamb was the WR12 with Dak Prescott under center. Now in his second year with a full offseason, Lamb might just finish as a top-10 option, especially if the Cowboys keep deploying him from the slot. It's easy to recall the good times Fournette had in the playoffs and use that as a reason to move him up draft boards, but don't let a couple games spoil what was a very mediocre season. He finished with more than 52 rushing yards just once all year, and that came in Week 2 against the Panthers. Fournette's primary source of fantasy points in 2020 was via the passing game, as he saw 47 targets in 13 games. Unfortunately, the Bucs added Gio Bernard, who's a much better receiver out of the backfield. Knowing that Bernard is the more reliable third-down option and that Ronald Jones is probably the better two-down option, that leaves Fournette in no man's land. He's not someone you're going to want to start every week.
Brendan Tuma
FantasyPros
Lamb enters 2021 as a high-floor, high-ceiling fantasy option given his high usage as a slot receiver and Dallas' breathtaking amount of projected passing attempts. A strong college performer was immediately produced as a rookie, Lamb went for 74 catches and 935 receiving yards despite the disaster of a second half from the team's offense. The 22-year-old averaged 13.1 PPR points per game as a rookie, but that number spiked to 17.1 in games started by Dak Prescott. This is a situation where it's okay to reach in order to be a year early on an obvious breakout candidate.
Dan Harris
FantasyPros
There's no telling how good Lamb would have been in his rookie season had Dak Prescott stayed healthy the entire year. With Prescott under center for the first five games, Lamb was the WR12 in half-PPR formats. Without Prescott, he was 32nd, and rarely explosive (topping out at 85 yards receiving, and only twice surpassing 65). With Prescott back and looking fully healthy, Lamb has a chance to excel as the Cowboys' slot receiver, especially if he can cut down a bit on the drops (eight total last season, tied for third-most in the league). Whether you draft him or Amari Cooper first, he should be an excellent WR2 with upside. The question for Fournette in 2021 is are we going to see the regular season version of him or "Playoff Lenny? The regular season version, who saw fewer than half the snaps and rarely had an impact game, is a fantasy afterthought. The playoff version, who averaged 73% of the snaps and more than 20 touches per game, is a locked-in fantasy starter. The Bucs brought back almost all of their key contributors, but they also added Gio Bernard, who should cut into Fournette's work in the passing game (Fournette averaged more than five targets and four receptions per game in the playoffs). And, Bruce Arians has shown every inclination to switch "lead" running backs at the drop of a hat. In other words, Fournette is certainly worth a roster spot, but there are a ton of impediments to him become a reliable RB2 this year. Draft him as a bench piece with upside for more if there are injuries to his competition for touches.
Derek Lofland
FantasyPros
Lamb had 180.7 fantasy points in 16 games, despite being a rookie in a pandemic year and not having Dak Prescott most of the year. He should be a WR2 with monster upside in his second year with Dak Prescott back under center.Forunette resigned with the Buccaneers, but Ronald Jones II also had 172.3 fantasy points and tailed off at the end of the year with the emergence of Fournette. I see them both as RB3 to RB4 options that will vulture carries from each other.
Mark Ringo
Sleepers and Busts
CeeDee Lamb was just starting to come on when Dak got hurt. Lamb is the real deal. He's a big play machine. He's better than Amari Cooper imo. With a full offseason to get more comfortable with the playbook, Cee Dee should makes a huge jump. I'm going to call him TD Lamb because he should score a bunch of them. The best part is, Lamb can be still be had for relatively cheap in the 4th round.I thought Fournette would win the job over Ronald Jones last year. That didn't happen. But when Jones went down with injury, it was Fournette who helped the Bucs win a title. His power running was like a semi rolling down the interstate. One strategy for fantasy owners to consider is to grab both Jones and Fournette. They're cheap enough with ADPs of 75 and 64 respectively. That way you lock up the RB spot for one of the best offenses in the league.

Roto Street Journal
Was the WR12 before Dak went down. Now has full offseason to learn and be schemed even more heavily into offense. LOVE Sophomore CeeDeeBack w/ Bucs... goody! Him, RoJo, and Gio form among the most disturbing RBBC's in the league
