Fuller will again be an injury risk after having missed 22 of a possible 48 games over the past three seasons. After scoring on a quarter of his catches in 2017, Fuller found the end zone four times in seven 2018 games before tearing his ACL in October. He played only four games in 2019 after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 7 but enters 2020 as Houston's No. 2 wideout.Showing the ability at Oklahoma to consistently win by high-pointing passes, Lamb possesses strong hands and the explosive athleticism when attacking the ball. He has enough speed to play outside, where he's a big-play acrobat downfield. He'll need more polish to his route running before becoming a reliable fantasy receiver.
John Hesterman
Dynasty League Football
Fuller averaged over 7 targets per-game when on the field with Watson last season. With Hopkins moving on to a new team, expect a similar target share for the speedy, yet oft-injured receiver. Injury concerns are the only thing keeping Fuller out of a higher tier of ranking at this point.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
If Will Fuller can ever stay healthy for a season he'll be a sensational fantasy pick-up, especially in Best Ball. Fuller once again looked sensational on limited targets when on the field but battled the injuries that have always held him back. After four injury-ravaged seasons, it's time to acknowledge that when you draft Will Fuller, you're going to lose him for parts of the season and he'll fail to finish a lot of games, torpedoing that week for you. On the upside, well, there's a lot of it and he is rather consistent if (and it's a big if) he's healthy. He's worth the gamble, especially in PPR, in the middle rounds.CeeDee Lamb is an absolute stud in a super-charged offense but he's also a rookie with a heap of competition. Ezekiel Elliott, Amari Cooper, Michael Gallup and Blake Jarwin may all start the season ahead of Lamb on touches but it is reasonable to expect Lamb to close in on 100 opportunities and if that happens, he'll be a borderline WR2 given his likely efficiency. That's far from guaranteed but given his upside, Lamb is a valuable target once the double digit rounds arrive.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Even with DeAndre Hopkins on the field, Fuller has totaled 116 targets in 18 games over the last two years (6.4 per game), which is more than enough to do damage, especially when you've averaged 14.3 yards per reception over your career. Fuller's volume will be there when he's in the lineup, as Hopkins' 150-plus targets have to go somewhere, and Fuller is the only one returning to the starting lineup who has any familiarity with Deshaun Watson. You must understand the nature of his game before drafting him though. He's finished with fewer than 8.0 PPR points in 20-of-42 career games. He's also finished with more than 20.0 PPR points in nine games. He's been the definition of a boom-or-bust receiver, and one who's been hurt a lot (missed 22 games over four years). Still, with Hopkins gone, Fuller should see a bump in targets and become a bit more stable. If he's healthy, you should have zero issue plugging him in as your WR3 with top-10 upside. You're getting a discount due to his health concerns. When the Cowboys drafted Lamb at No. 17 overall, I wondered if he'd immediately take over Michael Gallup's No. 2 role in the offense, but cooler heads prevailed. Lamb is coming from the Big-12 where the defenses are pretty horrendous, so the learning curve might be bigger than some expect. On top of that, he's going to have zero game experience with no preseason. It seems very likely that Lamb will start out as a slot-heavy receiver, which should help his transition into the faster pace of the NFL, and it's a role that Randall Cobb saw 83 targets in last year. Keep in mind that was Cobb's first year in the offense, so we should see Lamb reach or exceed that number. But temper expectations in fantasy, as he's clearly the third option this year behind Cooper and Gallup. He's someone who belongs in the WR4/5 conversation. If either of Cooper or Gallup were to miss time, Lamb would be a WR3 start with upside for more.
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
Dynamite target in the middle rounds, should thrive as Watson's top guy. Health is the only concern here, but it's a legit one.
Seth Miller
Crossroads Fantasy Football
Another deep threat with injury concerns and an inability to catch the ball (twice as many dropped deep balls as the next player). Gets a lot of love for never playing 16 games, going over 700 yards, or receiving more than 100 targets. Was bringing in Kenny Stills not enough of a warning that the team can't trust him to stay healthy? Will Fuller 42.6% of points from 1 game 2 out of 11 weeks inside the top 30 6.45 Targets/game Connected to an explosive QB that teases us with potential Sammy Watkins 37.6% of points from 1 game 2 out of 14 weeks inside the top 30 6.43 Targets/game Connected to an explosive QB, but we finally no longer careTargets aren't simply redistributed when players leave. With that said.. 166 targets have left, and even if the Cowboys decide to use Jarwin more, he's not going to take up the entire 120 target TE pie that was happening last year. Lamb comes in to replace Cobb, who just had a 55/828/3 season. He can be able to make an immediate impact while seeing subpar coverage, the same reason he might be inconsistent though, a lot of mouths to feed. Not worried about Jarwin though
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
If there was ever a time for Will Fuller to truly break out, now's the time. DeAndre Hopkins was sent to Arizona and even with the addition of Brandin Cooks, I see Fuller as the WR1 in the Texans offense. We all know his upside, it's all about the health for Fuller. If he plays 14+ games he has a very good chance of finishing as a WR2.I believe Lamb was the most talented WR in this year's NFL draft but unfortunately for him, he got drafted to a team with two very good wideouts. That being said, there will be enough targets for Lamb to be fantasy relevant, but you won't want to have to trust on him weekly.
Jason Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
Will Fuller is one of those guys whose weekly ranking is always going to be higher than his ADP was. He's being drafted as a WR3 but has always had WR1 upside when healthy. The issue is that he hasn't been healthy. He has also failed to bring any value when not reaching his upside. Boom-Bust is his middle name.
Kyle Yates
FantasyPros
It's hard to go wrong drafting Fuller at his current ADP of WR35. Fuller could be the WR1 in this offense led by Deshaun Watson and he's shown the potential of being a top-10 WR for fantasy football when he's on the field. Unfortunately, Fuller just has not been able to stay healthy, so he's a risky pick. If you can get Fuller to be a FLEX player in your lineup, where you don't need to rely on him every single week, it could pay off in a big way this season. As long as he's on the field, Fuller has top-12 upside. My main concern with CeeDee Lamb coming into the draft was that he didn't see much press coverage in the Big-12, he didn't show great proficiencies when he did face press coverage, and he's not as polished of a route-runner as some of the other guys in this class. Lamb landing in Dallas alleviates all of those concerns because I believe he's going to play in the slot for this offense. Slot receivers are aligned off the line of scrimmage, which prevents them from seeing press coverage. Lamb's going to be a target hog in this offense and he's in a great situation to succeed.

Lamb has a chance to be an impact rookie with big-play ability operating both out of the slot and outside. He is a WR3 with upside playing with QB Dak Prescott.
