FantasyPros
Jackson mustered a career-low 47.7 YPG in Tampa Bay after ending his Washington tenure with his fifth career 1,000-yard season. He also tallied two of his three TDs and his only two games with double-digit targets playing alongside Ryan Fitzpatrick, so Jameis Winston's three-game suspension could actually boost the 31-year-old wideout's stock. Since Chris Godwin could threaten his role, Jackson is no more than a matchup play better catered to Best Ball contests. In a season bookended by no-catch games, Lee led the Jaguars in targets (96) and receptions (56) despite missing an additional two games. He carries a WR50 ADP following WR41 and 42 finishes, so drafters need not pay for a true breakout. Keelan Cole and Dede Westbrook are too raw to truly threaten Lee's volume as Jacksonville's primary wideout, so take the steady value before buying a lottery ticket on one of his teammates.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
Jackson has been sharing some first-team opportunities with Chris Godwin, but has turned in a productive preseason, catching six passes for 127 yards overall. Jackson's first year in Tampa Bay was largely one to forget as he set career-lows in yards per game (47.7) and yards per reception (13.4). Turning 32-years-old during the season, Jackson will need to fight off Godwin for consistent targets, keeping him as a boom-or-bust fantasy option that will be better for bestball (Draftmaster) or DFS.Last year, Lee was fantasy's WR29 in Weeks 1-14 before bum foot/ankle harpooned season. Saw 7.4 targets per game, 22nd among WRs. Was 28th in YPG (54.0). Easily led JAX in share of targets (23%), air yards (35%). @GrahamBarfield Marqise Lee looks like a nice value. 9th round ADP, paced 110 targets last year, he should lead JAX again, projects for Top 30 finish with only 6TDs. May have similar targets as Juju and can be drafted 5 rounds later. @ClutchFantasy
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Each and every season Jackson is healthy, he has been flex-worthy at the very least, but that may change this year with Chris Godwin starting. It isn't just that D-Jax is getting older, but that the Bucs have so many weapons in the passing game for him to share the load with.Lee was consistent last season, posting 45 or more yards in all but two starts. The touchdowns weren't there, but if he continues to see plenty of targets, you can bet on those increasing as well. The issue, however, will be all the new faces he has to share targets with.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
When you watch as much football as I do, you see some things that some people may have missed. When it comes to Jackson, he and Jameis Winston were just a touch off on connecting for multiple 40-plus yard touchdowns, which would have dramatically changed how fantasy players valued him this offseason. There were four passes that I can recall right now that were within a yard or two of his hands that might turn into long touchdowns this year. Even in what was a "down year" for him, he produced WR3 numbers 50 percent of the time, which ranked 33rd among wide receivers. The lone thing that could get in the way of those numbers is Chris Godwin, who is someone who might start opposite Mike Evans in 2WR sets, and that would cripple Jackson's value. You need to pay attention to the depth chart as the preseason rolls along. Most don't seem to know that despite missing two games in 2017 that Lee ranks 27th in targets among wide receivers over the last two years. Keep in mind that Allen Robinson was healthy and played the entire 2016 season, so this is noteworthy. The Jaguars let Robinson walk, but retained Lee on a four-year, $34 million contract, which wasn't far off what Robinson got with the Bears. I he stays healthy, he's locked into 100-plus targets, which is why he should be considered a borderline WR3 with some upside if Blake Bortles continues to improve like he did towards the end of last year.

QB List
DJax lives and dies by his QB play. Last I checked, it's either Ryan Fitzpatrick or Famous Jameis Winston, soooooooooo not looking good. Oh, and those injuries too.Jaguars "#1" receiver, Lee had a rebound year last year, playing 14 of 16 games, almost double his previous season high of 8. With a modest target share, Lee managed 56 receptions, 702 yards, though a measly 3 TD's capped his value. Somewhat surprisingly, that WR room is CHOCK FULL of talent with the likes of Dede Westbrook, Dante Moncrief, Keelan Cole, and D.J Chark behind Lee. I'm extremely skeptical Lee will maintain a true WR #1 target share given how many mouths there are to feed and how inefficient Bortles has shown himself to be, but at only WR #40, he should return requisite value with the chance of much more.

Win My Fantasy League
Jameis and Desean have made it a point to work on their chemistry this offseason; boom or bust weekly option with WR3 upside for the seasonLee is a presumed starter across from Moncrief but is feeling heat from the youngsters behind him and a good old bug named injury
