FantasyPros
How does one becomes a highly desirable draft commodity without reaching 45 catches or 700 yards in each of his first six seasons? Starting for the NFL's top-rated offense with Tom Brady throwing you passes goes a long way. Hogan, who has averaged 15.5 yards per catch in two seasons with New England, has an opportunity to shine as the top wideout while Julian Edelman serves a four-game suspension to start 2018. Even when Edelman returns, the 29-year-old should net more opportunities with Brandin Cooks, Danny Amendola, and Dion Lewis leaving behind 40.2 % of last year's targets. Hogan was also already a major factor where it counts. Not including his three postseason TDs, Hogan received 12 red-zone targets in nine regular-season games. He's the trendy breakout pick everyone will want on draft day.Anyone who only follows football through preseason fantasy analysis will think Parker is one of football's finest wideouts. Once again expected to take a seismic leap, he once again underwhelmed by scoring once in 13 games. He also garnered 96 targets in 13 games and 35 of them in Miami's final four contests. Jarvis Landry vacated 161 targets (21 inside the red zone), giving Parker his best opportunity yet to meet the hype. A broken finger should derail the usual August hype, perhaps making him available at a fair price for a change.

FantasyPros
You might have a hard time believing this, but Hogan has never finished above 55th at the wide receiver position, so he isn't exactly a safe bet. With that said, Cooks is gone, Edelman is suspended for four games and now Hogan may just be Brady's #1. The upside that comes from that is well worth the risk in the 6th round of drafts.Sure, he was a major letdown last year, and the year before, but this could be the year. You might be tired of hearing that, but with Jarvis Landry gone and Tannehill back, are you seriously going to suggest Danny Amendola or Kenny Stills will step in as the top receiver in this offense? Be honest, you know it is Parker and you've gotta buy that lottery ticket once again.
Jody Smith
FantasyPros
Should be in a huge target share, at least for the first four weeks of the season.
Kevin Wheeler
NFL Mock
He is jumping up my rankings, he is clearly Brady's WR1 going into the season. DeVante Parker posted WR3 numbers 61.5% of the time, while Adam Thielen posted WR3 numbers 56.5% of the time. @MikeTagliereNFL
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Despite playing in just nine games in 2017, Hogan managed to finish tied for 25th in red zone targets, and actually had the same amount that Brandin Cooks (12) did, despite Cooks playing all 16 games. It goes to show the confidence Tom Brady has developed with him, so by taking Hogan where he's currently going in drafts, you're getting WR1 upside at WR4 cost. There are a lot of fantasy players who are bailing on Parker at this point in his career, and while I get why they'd want to do that, it's a mistake. He's a former first-round pick who is 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, who has produced when he's been healthy. There've been 25 games in which he's seen at least five targets, and in those games he's averaged 68.2 yards and 0.3 touchdowns, which is low-end WR2 numbers. He did that with Jarvis Landry on the team, who is now a Cleveland Browns receiver. It's rare to find a player this late in drafts who has 120-target potential, but Parker does. If he stays healthy, he's likely going to finish as a top-30 wide receiver with upside for more. Update: Parker is going to miss multiple weeks with a broken finger, which should temper expectations, though he's still undervalued.

QB List
Aaaaannd here's the first New England receiver on our wonderful list. Playing in an offense notorious for its inconsistent target distribution, Hogan served as the "field stretcher" throughout the regular season and playoffs for the Super Bowl LII losers (had to get that one in :)). In an injury-shortened season where he only started 7 of the 9 games he played, Hogan posted admirable numbers, including a whopping 5 TD's. With Brandin Cooks gone, Hogan stands as the lone game breaker on a team known for perennially putting up top-tier offensive numbers. Though the targets MAY not precipitate to allow Hogan to realize top 20 upside, he will surely provide enough value in games where he is showcased to give full value at WR #32.Devante Parker was supposed to be the stud opposite Jarvis Landry in Miami, but seeing as he plays for the Dolphins, of course it didn't work out as planned. However, with Tannehill returning to the fold, and Landry and his massive target share gone from Miami, Parker has a big opportunity to perform. Keep in mind though, that Parker has not shown good skills or physical traits in the past year. Take it with a grain of salt, but the opportunity is there as he seems like the defacto #1 receiver in Miami.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Hogan is not the slot answer some will suggest, but he could be a great value pick on the outside with Edelman serving that early 4 game banParker steps into a huge role with Landry leaving. It all depends if he's ready to break out
