FantasyPros
Leading the Rams in targets (95) and receiving yards (869), Kupp composited a quiet WR27 rookie season. Nobody created a higher average cushion (7.4) than the 6'2" slot receiver, who caught 12 of 20 red-zone targets for five TDs. He has a far lower ceiling than teammates Brandin Cooks and Robert Woods, but he's also most likely to fall in drafts. Anyone who only follows football through preseason fantasy analysis will think Parker is one of football's finest wideouts. Once again expected to take a seismic leap, he once again underwhelmed by scoring once in 13 games. He also garnered 96 targets in 13 games and 35 of them in Miami's final four contests. Jarvis Landry vacated 161 targets (21 inside the red zone), giving Parker his best opportunity yet to meet the hype. A broken finger should derail the usual usual August hype, perhaps making him available at a fair price for a change.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
Despite missing Week 17, Kupp finished as the No. 27 wide receiver in his rookie season, something that's not common in today's game. He did benefit from Robert Woods missing four games, and it now doesn't help that Brandin Cooks has been added to the mix. The part you can hang your hat on is that Kupp plays an entirely different role in the Rams offense than Cooks will, so it shouldn't affect his role too much. With Cooks, Woods, and Todd Gurley on the roster, it's going to be tough for Kupp to outperform last year's numbers without an injury. If there's one really good stat to support Kupp's continued success is his 23 red zone targets, which were more than double any other receiver on the team in 2017. There are a lot of fantasy players who are bailing on Parker at this point in his career, and while I get why they'd want to do that, it's a mistake. He's a former first-round pick who is 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, who has produced when he's been healthy. There've been 25 games in which he's seen at least five targets, and in those games he's averaged 68.2 yards and 0.3 touchdowns, which is low-end WR2 numbers. He did that with Jarvis Landry on the team, who is now a Cleveland Browns receiver. It's rare to find a player this late in drafts who has 120-target potential, but Parker does. If he stays healthy, he's likely going to finish as a top-30 wide receiver with upside for more. Update: Parker is going to miss multiple weeks with a broken finger, which should temper expectations, though he's still undervalued.

QB List
"White Jarvis Landry on the Rams", as Kupp is fondly called in some circles, had a great year last season. Using crisp routes and the great QB play of Jared Goff, Kupp turned a mere 4.1 receptions per game into 800+ yards and 5 TDS. As such, He seems to have cemented himself into the slot/possession receiver role for an offense that is sure to chug along throughout the long season. However, it remains to be seen how he and Woods will divvy up the scraps Brandin Cooks leaves behind, and as a result Kupp just barely falls out of the top 30.Devante Parker was supposed to be the stud opposite Jarvis Landry in Miami, but seeing as he plays for the Dolphins, of course it didn't work out as planned. However, with Tannehill returning to the fold, and Landry and his massive target share gone from Miami, Parker has a big opportunity to perform. Keep in mind though, that Parker has not shown good skills or physical traits in the past year. Take it with a grain of salt, but the opportunity is there as he seems like the defacto #1 receiver in Miami.

NFL Mock
23 targets and 13 receptions in the Red-zone in 2017. DeVante Parker posted WR3 numbers 61.5% of the time, while Adam Thielen posted WR3 numbers 56.5% of the time. @MikeTagliereNFL

Kupp is good, but he's not Brandin Cooks. I like Kupp's ability and his value to the Rams, but he will have trouble getting the 94 targets he saw in his rookie season.I have Parker in dynasty and turned down some really good offers for him, so at this point, I'm just hoping he can live up to some of his potential. Jarvis Landry is gone; the Dolphins have a rookie tight end, and Kenny Stills is the only player who could see more targets. I'll give Parker one more season.
Kevin Roberts
Breaking Football
Everyone will flock to Cooks but Kupp looked great a a rook and already has chemistry with Goff. He's a fun value WR3 with WR2 upsideParker steps into a huge role with Landry leaving. It all depends if he's ready to break out
Bobby Sylvester
FantasyPros
Kupp finished as a top 30 fantasy receiver and the top rookie at his position last year. While there is, of course, room for growth, it is also possible that he has already shown his ceiling considering how polished Kupp was when he entered the league.Sure, he was a major letdown last year, and the year before, but this could be the year. You might be tired of hearing that, but with Jarvis Landry gone and Tannehill back, are you seriously going to suggest Danny Amendola and Albert Wilson will step in as the top receiver in this offense? Be honest, you know it is Parker and you've gotta buy that lottery ticket once again.
Raju Byfield
Win My Fantasy League
Cooks could see twice as many targets as Watkins did last year leaving Kupp as a volume based WR4 with WR2 upsideHe is now officially in the post-hype potential sleeper or bust category
