Lineups
The Ravens are going to throw the ball a lot more in 2020 - their rushing production is statistically unsustainable and it's unlikely they are playing with the lead in as many games as their schedule gets significantly harder. Lamar Jackson showed a solid chemistry with Marquise Brown last season and there is minimal competition for targets in the offense. Hollywood is a sophomore with WR1 upside who you can get as late as the 8th or 9th round in some leagues.
Draft Engine
Draft Engine
After posting four 100-yard games and scoring a total of nine touchdowns in 53 games over his first four NFL seasons, Parker matched each of those totals over 16 games in 2019. He broke out over the second half of last season, catching 44 passes for 802 yards and five scores over Miami's final eight games. His inconsistent past makes him a bit of a risk heading into 2020.Brown's rookie year was bookended by a four-catch, 147-yard, two-touchdown effort in a season-opening blowout of Miami and a seven-catch, 126-yard game in Baltimore's home loss to Tennessee in the playoffs' Divisional Round. In between, he only twice surpassed 50 receiving yards in a game and only twice caught more than four passes in a game for the run-oriented Ravens.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
After four years of mediocrity, the Devante Parker breakout finally happened in 2019 on the back of some Fitzmagic from his QB. With the Dolphins significantly improved, a relevant run game, the likely emergence of Tua and the return of Preston Williams, it's highly unlikely Parker reaches his WR7 finish from last year. Luckily, you can draft him late in the fourth round and enjoy a solid floor with some massive upside if the Dolphins continue tossing it up as they chase games.I won't be drafting Marquise Brown in any leagues outside Best Ball this year. His upside is massively capped by the way the Ravens run their offense and by his style as a mostly deep threat. While he'll have some massive games, he's equally likely to score you less than five points. In fact he failed to pass 23 yards in half of his starts. You can talk about injuries and regression all you like, I'll draft a guy I may at least have a chance of feeling comfortable starting.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's about time, right? I remember last year on the podcast talking about Parker, saying there's a clear avenue for him to see 100-plus targets and that if Fitzpatrick was starting, I wanted him on my roster. Here we are 128 targets and a No. 7 wide receiver finish later. Fun fact: Parker and Michael Thomas were the only two receivers who posted at least 55 yards in 13 games last year. You were able to get Parker outside the top 60 wide receivers last year, something that isn't happening this time around. His current draft position is right around WR20-22, so you're receiving a discount from last year's production, and rightfully so. Preston Williams is back from his ACL injury, which isn't great news for Parker, who was the No. 34 wide receiver through nine weeks with Williams in the lineup. That was really solid for him considering where he was drafted, but once Williams left, Parker exploded and finished as the No. 2 wide receiver the remainder of the season. Part of the reason that happened was due to Ryan Fitzpatrick's willingness to target him relentlessly, as he averaged 9.5 targets per game over that span. To be fair, Williams is coming back, but both Allen Hurns and Albert Wilson have opted out of the season, clearing up 110 targets from last year. Knowing Fitzpatrick is starting the season under center helps me feel more confident in Parker, but there's certainly hesitation in drafting him this year as the Dolphins defense is going to be much better, which will result in fewer pass attempts, and that they'll be moving to a rookie quarterback at some point. I think he's best viewed as a stable WR3 who comes with top-12 upside. If I knew Fitzpatrick would start all year, he'd be a WR2.He was coming off foot surgery last year, and it was the reason I was avoiding him in drafts. Same calendar year surgery on foot/ankle never goes well for pass catchers. Still, Brown went out there and played well the first two weeks, racking up 253 yards and two touchdowns over the first two weeks. Unfortunately, the injuries to his lower body added up as the year went on and his performances reflected that, as he topped 50 yards just once over the remaining 12 games he played. Offensive coordinator Greg Roman has said Brown's "had a great offseason." Brown's schedule is great to start the year, too. In Weeks 2-5, he'll play against the Texans, Chiefs, Washington, and Bengals. The upside to Brown is a DeSean Jackson-like presence of someone who won't be a consistent WR1, but rather one you play as a WR2/3 who gives you "boom" potential on a weekly basis. However, if the Ravens don't up their pass attempts, it'll be hard figuring out when those booms will come. Relying on him as more than a WR3 this year would probably be a mistake, because there's not much evidence suggesting they'll throw the ball a lot more than they did in 2019.

Top 5 in WR touchdowns and receptions last season, Parker made a hug statement and should be a top target in FF drafts

Packer Report
It finally happened. The DeVante Parker breakout season finally happened in 2019 and now Parker is in an even better situation with Tua Tagovailoa expected to start at some point, if not Week 1. Anytime you draft a Dolphin you're taking a risk but Parker is one guy who's definitely worth the risk.Brown had an up and down rookie season where he dealt with injuries but also showed real potential when at 100%. Now he enters year two in the NFL and should be completely healthy giving him a chance to be a terrific mid-round value. My only concern for Brown is how much the Ravens run the football, that could hurt him a few times but over 16 games it's not a reason to avoid him.

2019 16-game Pace with Preston Williams on the field: 800 yards and 8 TDs. 2020 16-game pace with Preston Williams OUT: 1600 yards and 10 TDs. Parker's target separation ranked 90th last season. His success simply came from a barrage of targets from Fitz, who simply targets one or two WRs. Williams is back, Tua may take over at some point, I'll pass on Parker at ADP.

Parker's an extremely talented wide receiver that has developed chemistry with Ryan Fitzpatrick. As long as Parker's 2019 season wasn't a fluke, which I don't believe it was, he'll be in the borderline WR1 conversation all season long.Unfortunately, Brown doesn't exactly play in the best offense to maximize his skills for fantasy football. He has the talent to be a top-24 WR, but the Ravens simply do not pass the ball enough for him to return value. He's a boom/bust play that's best plugged in as a WR3/FLEX option on a weekly basis.

Are we just going to ignore the fast that Parker was immediately out targeted 60-52 to a UDFA. Or is an offense with no other weapons, and scoring 9 TDs the more likely answer for his success? His breakout was because of huge increase in success rate versus man and press, but he was still a bottom half percentile player at both, he just had Fitzpatrick not caring about throwing into tight windows. Not a problem if Fitz plays out the whole season. A long term concern for me though. The good news: He was the leading target getter at WR. The Bad: The Ravens were 32nd in attempts in 2019, meaning Marquise had 71 targets. I do believe he can be an elite deep threat, with plenty of opportunity to gash the defense when they cheat up to sop the run but that is a narrative versus the numbers that Baltimore is most likely to repeat. He did have the screw removed from his foot this offseason so hopefully he can stay healthy. I see him as a flex play with upside, but the upside is not the ceiling in this case.. There are big Trusses in the way

Compared to 2019 finish (No. 7 WR in FAN PTS), going at a major discount in early ADP - sorry, I'm not nearly as threatened by Preston Williams as the consensus

Parker finally had the breakout season we thought he would have when he was drafted, tallying 1202 yards from scrimmage and 9 touchdowns. He is a bit risky having done that on a really bad team in his Age 26 season, but I think he can maintain WR2 value if he can stay healthy in 2020.

Chan Gailey's spread-attack should only help Parker, assuming they bring back Fitzpatrick
