Zachary Hanshew
FantasyPros
The second-round pick appeared in just seven games in 2019 due to a variety of injuries, though he's entering this season with an optimistic outlook on his health. He should take the field in 3WR sets alongside Michael Pittman and T.Y. Hilton, and the speedy Ohio State product could be valuable in deeper leagues.
Draft Engine
Draft Engine
After posting four 100-yard games and scoring a total of nine touchdowns in 53 games over his first four NFL seasons, Parker matched each of those totals over 16 games in 2019. He broke out over the second half of last season, catching 44 passes for 802 yards and five scores over Miami's final eight games. His inconsistent past makes him a bit of a risk heading into 2020.
Mike Tagliere
FantasyPros
It's about time, right? I remember last year on the podcast talking about Parker, saying there's a clear avenue for him to see 100-plus targets and that if Fitzpatrick was starting, I wanted him on my roster. Here we are 128 targets and a No. 7 wide receiver finish later. Fun fact: Parker and Michael Thomas were the only two receivers who posted at least 55 yards in 13 games last year. You were able to get Parker outside the top 60 wide receivers last year, something that isn't happening this time around. His current draft position is right around WR20-22, so you're receiving a discount from last year's production, and rightfully so. Preston Williams is back from his ACL injury, which isn't great news for Parker, who was the No. 34 wide receiver through nine weeks with Williams in the lineup. That was really solid for him considering where he was drafted, but once Williams left, Parker exploded and finished as the No. 2 wide receiver the remainder of the season. Part of the reason that happened was due to Ryan Fitzpatrick's willingness to target him relentlessly, as he averaged 9.5 targets per game over that span. To be fair, Williams is coming back, but both Allen Hurns and Albert Wilson have opted out of the season, clearing up 110 targets from last year. Knowing Fitzpatrick is starting the season under center helps me feel more confident in Parker, but there's certainly hesitation in drafting him this year as the Dolphins defense is going to be much better, which will result in fewer pass attempts, and that they'll be moving to a rookie quarterback at some point. I think he's best viewed as a stable WR3 who comes with top-12 upside. If I knew Fitzpatrick would start all year, he'd be a WR2.If T.Y. Hilton continues to miss time with his hamstring ailment, Campbell is a candidate for sleeper of the year. Going back through the years with Philip Rivers, there's always been a target over the middle of the field. Whether it be Antonio Gates, Hunter Henry, Keenan Allen, or Eddie Royal. Campbell is going to fill the slot role when T.Y. Hilton is healthy, which isn't a bad thing. And if Hilton were to miss time, Campbell will move around the formation. Fortunately, he's a bigger, stronger, and faster version of Hilton. We haven't seen him play at the level Hilton has, but the Colts did draft him in the second round last year, highlighting their vision for him in this offense. While Hilton remains sidelined and rookie Michael Pittman tries to acclimate to the NFL, Campbell is a dark horse to lead this team in targets. Taking him in the double-digit rounds makes tons of sense, and best of all, you'll find out what you have over the first couple weeks.
Frank Bonincontri
Fantasy Wire HQ
Top 5 in WR touchdowns and receptions last season, Parker made a hug statement and should be a top target in FF drafts
Rob Wilson
The Fantasy Footballers
Chosen as "MyGuy" this year, coming off a WR7 finish with elite consistency, Parker is one of the best picks in fantasy football
Elliot Berkovits
Packer Report
It finally happened. The DeVante Parker breakout season finally happened in 2019 and now Parker is in an even better situation with Tua Tagovailoa expected to start at some point, if not Week 1. Anytime you draft a Dolphin you're taking a risk but Parker is one guy who's definitely worth the risk.Campbell's rookie season was cut short due to injury but now back at 100%, he's an interesting player to watch heading into 2020. He's got an upgrade at QB with Philip Rivers and should be second in line for targets. That being said, he hasn't shown enough yet to be worthy of a draft pick.
Jason Petropoulos
BRoto Fantasy
2019 16-game Pace with Preston Williams on the field: 800 yards and 8 TDs. 2020 16-game pace with Preston Williams OUT: 1600 yards and 10 TDs. Parker's target separation ranked 90th last season. His success simply came from a barrage of targets from Fitz, who simply targets one or two WRs. Williams is back, Tua may take over at some point, I'll pass on Parker at ADP.
Kyle Yates
FantasyPros
Parker's an extremely talented wide receiver that has developed chemistry with Ryan Fitzpatrick. As long as Parker's 2019 season wasn't a fluke, which I don't believe it was, he'll be in the borderline WR1 conversation all season long.As of right now, Campbell and Hilton might cancel each other out from a fantasy football perspective. However, if Hilton misses time again this season, Campbell would immediately jump up into top-30 WR discussion.
Ben Wasley
The Fantasy First Down
After four years of mediocrity, the Devante Parker breakout finally happened in 2019 on the back of some Fitzmagic from his QB. With the Dolphins significantly improved, a relevant run game, the likely emergence of Tua and the return of Preston Williams, it's highly unlikely Parker reaches his WR7 finish from last year. Luckily, you can draft him late in the fourth round and enjoy a solid floor with some massive upside if the Dolphins continue tossing it up as they chase games. The Parris Campbell hype is growing but it's rather overblown. I understand the Rivers-slot connection and Parris does have talent, I just don't seem him as much more than a possible flex option in PPR if things go right. I'd rather shoot for a little more upside.
Seth Miller
Crossroads Fantasy Football
Are we just going to ignore the fast that Parker was immediately out targeted 60-52 to a UDFA. Or is an offense with no other weapons, and scoring 9 TDs the more likely answer for his success? His breakout was because of huge increase in success rate versus man and press, but he was still a bottom half percentile player at both, he just had Fitzpatrick not caring about throwing into tight windows. Not a problem if Fitz plays out the whole season. A long term concern for me though.Only had 3 games where he was on the field at least 49% of the time. Had 18 targets in those 3 games. Abdominal injury, Fractured Hand, Fractured Foot. Check, Check, Check. 97th+ percentile 40 yard dash, Speed, and Burst Score? Check, Check, Check. 6', 200lbs. 1000 yard season while sharing the field with Terry McLaurin at Ohio St. Now, his competition. Pittman hasn't been a pillar of health himself: broken collarbone (January 2016), hand surgery (January 2017), high left ankle sprain (August 2017), broken nose (August 2017) and shoulder surgery (January 2019), and he fills a completely different roll than Campbell. Pittman is not a YAC threat like Campbell. Hilton also hasn't played 16 games since 2017. Counting on a healthy season at 31 is just as risky as any of the IND options. I'm ready for a Chark like bounce back in year 2, after everyone has moved on to the next shiny toy in Indy, Pittman.

Campbell outproduced Terry McLaurin in college while being two years younger. He was also a higher draft selection. He's an interesting late round pick at WR.

Compared to 2019 finish (No. 7 WR in FAN PTS), going at a major discount in early ADP - sorry, I'm not nearly as threatened by Preston Williams as the consensus

Campbell should be a prime sleeper this season, after missing all but seven games in his rookie season with injury. Philip Rivers likes to push the ball deep, and Campbell's elite speed should mesh with Rivers' skill set well. You can't rely on any Colts wide receiver outside of T.Y. Hilton as a fantasy starter, but Campbell has tons of upside and can play out of the slot, and should be drafted and stashed on fantasy benches everywhere.

Parker finally had the breakout season we thought he would have when he was drafted, tallying 1202 yards from scrimmage and 9 touchdowns. He is a bit risky having done that on a really bad team in his Age 26 season, but I think he can maintain WR2 value if he can stay healthy in 2020.

Chan Gailey's spread-attack should only help Parker, assuming they bring back Fitzpatrick
